Lease rate for a fully furnished unit is $1600 per month with a one-year, month-to-month lease.

Rental agreements may require that a security and damage deposit be paid at lease signing.

Monthly rental fee includes water, sewer, trash pickup, landscape maintenance, snowplowing and basic Spectrum TV cable with high-speed wireless Internet. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric.

No smoking.
- Pets on a case-by-case basis for an additional $50 per month and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

An application fee of $25 for a credit report may be required.
